My Sister In Law

Created by Adam one year ago
I only had the pleasure of knowing Lisa for a relatively short period of time. I have however,  plenty of fond memories of her that I will keep close to my heart. I wish to share just a few.

I remember one year, Lisa happily dancing around in her garden with her dear Mum, both waving their hand in the air with joy. This was during one of the many traditional annual BBQs. So special.

I also recall, with a smile on my face, when Lisa amongst other family members, howled with laughter upon seeing a 5 minute video that I had made during lockdown which contained pictures of various plants and flowers. The laughing went on for ages.

I am laughing writing this but I also happily remember when we all went out for a family Sunday lunch. We all sat down and then opted for beef. Then upon it's arrival, Lisa, together with her mum both helped themselves to all of the horseradish sauce on the table. This was before anyone else could even got a look in.

Lisa talked on the phone to her sister on a daily basis, often more than once a day. When I sometimes overheard them chatting, I noticed that they both always ended the conversations with the words 'love you' and 'bye bye' several times. I could clearly see the love between them both. The same can be said when I saw Lisa with with her husband and daughter. What a loving Wife, Sister and Mum she was. Not forgetting a special Grandma too.

Dear Lisa, It is very difficult to believe that you have left us all, but you are now at peace and free from pain. You have been reunited with your dear Mum, Dad and other family members whom you love and who have passed too. I would just like to say it was an honour to have known you and to have been a small part of your short life which has been taken away too soon. Lisa you were the best Sister in Law I could have wished for and I thank you for that.

Life goes on without you. You will be missed but you will never ever be forgotten. Sweet Dreams and may God Bless you forever.
